Do you need a district Chromebook?

Do you have internet access where you live?

• If you DO NOT have internet access where you live, hotspots are available for your family

Please contact the VOP office to request a hotspot. 503-353-1902

Enter your NCSD student email address, which is your last name followed by the first letter of your first name.

(Example: potterh for Harry Potter)

There may already be a student email for potterh, so try adding the next letter of your first name 

(Example: potterha)

Enter your NCSD password, which is your NCSD 6 digit student ID. (Example: 123456)

Your student will have many digital resources they need to access with unique logins.  Using NCSD Classlink can help manage these resources.  Classlink can be accessed from personal and NCSD Chromebooks, as well as online (the web or from each school site). Classlink is the landing page students see when they login to a NCSD Chromebook. It looks very similar on the online version and is an effective way for students to access several digital resources.

Classlink also helps with access by secure logins.  Generally, if you put in a password the first time you use a resource in Classlink, it remembers it so if there are multiple logins for different resources, it can make this process much smoother.

NCSD uses Google Meet as their teacher/student video conferencing tool.  This video will show you how to use this tool to meet with your teacher virtually.
